Charity Event, Les Belles Chefs

We recently participated in a charity event, benefiting Friendship House, Catherine’s Place.  Les Belles Chefs, a group of  female chefs, came together and created a  5 course meal for the event.  We were in charge of the passed hors d’oeuvres, we served a spicy tuna tartare in a crisp sesame cone.

    I had the pleasure of working with all of the chefs that participated in the Les Belles Chefs event and they were all exceptional!! The tuna tartar was much tastier and more addictive than I anticipated – I had 5 of them!!! I truely followed the server to get the last one on her plate!! Wonderful talents here in the KC area!!!
