1/2 CUP SUGAR
GARNISHES
ORANGE SLICES

SPICED TEA:
COMBINE WATER, TEA BAGS, ORANGE, CINNAMON AND PEPPERCORN
BRING TO A BOIL, THEN TURN OFF HEAT AND LET STEEP FOR 1 HOUR
